I withdrew and began the destructive cycle of self-isolation and self-medicating.

Sex, drugs, and alcohol became my favorite tools for coping, and this only intensified my downward spiral.

During my sober moments, I would realize what I was doing but I could not see a way out. I had become a mental and emotional hazard to myself and was seriously considering my own termination.


I had been brought to my knees and I had hit rock bottom and that’s when I knew something had to change. Something inside of me was starving for things to change in my life and I couldn’t keep going like this. 


It was really slow in the beginning. I started with therapy and exercise and that helped a little. But I was still not in control of that voice in my head. 


I then devoted all my free time to therapy and personal development. I read the book The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle which helped me see that the voice in my head was not my friend. It was actually trying to hurt me!


I realized that I had to get control of that voice because no matter where I went, there it was. That voice was inside me.


When we were kids they taught us that: “If you don’t have anything nice to say, then don’t say anything at all”. But they forgot to teach us that the same thing goes for how you speak to yourself on the inside. Be kind to others and especially to yourself.


I began deep-diving into Dr. Joe Dispenza's “Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself” and “Becoming Supernatural”, his meditations, hypnosis techniques, and past life regression sessions. Then I discovered Dr. Bruce Lipton, author of the “Biology of Belief”,  and the works of Dolores Cannon. 


I learned how to control negative emotions through the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) founded by Gary Craig. Then I went on to psychology kinesiology created by DR. Robert Williams, author of “The Missing Peace in Your Life.” This modality allows you to quickly and painlessly change subconscious beliefs that are limiting the full expression of your potential in life.  


Unhelpful, deep-seated beliefs may have a lot of emotional energy associated with them, and balancing these subtle energies within the body brings about almost immediate and permanent change.  


I studied, practiced, and became certified in psychology kinesiology, neuro-linguistic patterning, and past life regression hypnosis. Then went on to study the world-renowned Silva method and a few other forms of hypnotherapy.

I used different combinations of all the modalities I had learned on myself and found a combination that changed my life.

I was changing and the people around me were noticing. I was not the usual hot and cold person I used to be. 


I had finally conquered the voice in my head and manifested my dream job after 20 years of hard work. I was at the top of my field in mechanical engineering and I was also the youngest and only woman in that position in the whole city.  I was in charge of the company’s high-profile projects and I was ready to coast into my future. I was really loving my life for the first time.


I was really doing great. My family and friends were saying things like “what have you been doing” and “I want some?!”


Up until now, I had only practiced with classmates and on myself. Some of my classmates noticed that while I had changed, they had not. So I offered to assist them with some PTSD and anxiety issues that they were having. 


I was amazed. Every person who came to see me would express how different and how relaxed they felt after completing a session with me and because of that, they would recommend a friend or a few family members to come see me as well.

In one instance, I was able to help five members of the same family. They are now getting along better than ever before.


I had discovered a unique kinesthetic technique that worked for my friends, family, and strangers who had been referred to me all across the country.


Every person with whom I had gone through this process was having the same great results. Within a few months, I was booked every single weekend for 6 weeks in advance. I was also doing emergency sessions with people in the evenings. And this has gone on for five years.


Now that I know that I have truly helped hundreds of people. I consider it to be my duty to continue this work. It has become my mission to help as many people as I can to get long-awaited and long-lasting emotional, mental, and physical relief from their anxiety and stress no matter the cause, be it PTSD, negative self-talk, or limiting and debilitating beliefs.


To see a person at the beginning of the session and then to see a different person emerge at the end, fills me with so much gratitude and joy. 


I look forward to meeting and showing you that the power to change is already inside you. You just need some help to find it and learn to use it.
